Sign in to SureTrend Cloud. If you do not have an account register now.

Once you have an account, sign-in and select "Register Instrument" to start the registration process.

Give your EnSURE Touch a name and choose the site you would like your device to sync its data into. Click Next. Continue to follow the instructions listed on-screen and enter the Code shown on SureTrend into your EnSURE Touch to finalize the registration process. You will now be able to sync to SureTrend Cloud! We recommend syncing manually at least once after registration is complete by going to the Sync app on your EnSURE Touch and clicking the Sync button.

Important things to consider when registering your EnSURE Touch with SureTrend Cloud:

  • After registering your device you should see any plans, locations or users you’ve created in SureTrend Cloud on your EnSURE Touch and vice versa. You can create new plans, locations or users on either your device or SureTrend Cloud and it will be synced to the other.
  • You will only be able to change certain instrument information in SureTrend Cloud, such as an instrument’s site, if you are a Site Admin, Multi-site Admin, or Owner.
  • When removing a device from the Instrument tab on SureTrend Cloud you will be given two choices: Factory Reset or Clear Registration.
    • Factory Reset will remove your instrument from SureTrend Cloud and delete any plans, locations, and users on your EnSURE Touch as well.
    • Clear Registration will keep your EnSURE Touch information in SureTrend Cloud, but delete any plans, locations, and users from your EnSURE Touch. If this device is ever re-registered with SureTrend Cloud those plans, locations, and users will be re-synced back to the instrument.
