This AOAC-certified PCR test delivers reliable results for concentrations as low as 104 CFU/mL after enrichment. Food processors and laboratories can use this assay for presence/absence testing or MPN calculations in seafood matrices including tuna, shrimp, scallops, and oysters. With results in approximately 70 minutes, this PCR method offers comparable accuracy to culture methods but with significantly faster time-to-results.
