Shipping and Tracking
When will my order ship?
We’ll send an order confirmation email with an estimated shipment date once your order has been processed for shipment. Once your order ships, we’ll send a shipment confirmation which will include your tracking details.
Where’s my order?
You can track your order online by navigating My shipments under My Accounts. For further inquiries into your shipment, please contact customer service by phone at 888-494-4362 or by email at customerservice@hygiena.com.
What is Hygiena’s recommended shipping method?
Hygiena’s preferred shipping carrier is FedEx. Sponge’n Bag and StickSponge typically ship in larger boxes and ground shipping is recommended to avoid high shipping costs.
Several Hygiena products are perishable and ship with ice packs to reduce exposure to heat. We recommend that temperature-sensitive products ship for delivery by the end of the week and be placed in refrigeration upon receipt to extend shelf life.
Please note that orders submitted after 1 PM will typically ship the following business day. To arrange shipment of large orders containing 50+ units, please contact Customer Service at 1-888-HYGIENA (1-888-494-4362).

What are my shipping costs?
Freight cost is determined by dimension, weight and destination zip code and is calculated upon shipment.
Can I ship to a PO box?
No, we require a physical address for all shipments.
Managing Your Account
How do I change my account information?
Contact Customer Service at 1-888-HYGIENA (1-888-494-4362) to update your default account details.
How do I change my password?
Click Login then select Forgot password. We’ll email you a link to a page where you can create a new password.
How do I create/load an order template?
Add items to the shopping cart then select Save as template in shopping cart to create and name a new order template. To load a template, view shopping cart then select Load template and select an existing template to add.
How can I print invoice copies?
Go to My Account, then select My Invoices and View details to review or download a posted invoice.

Can I create a quote document online?
Add items to the shopping cart then select Get Quote in shopping cart, proceed to enter quote details then select Get Quote to view My Quotes page and download quote.
How can I view my order history online?
You can access a complete overview of order history, including invoices and shipments from the My account page, where you can search for a specific sales document and filter by date.

What is Hygiena's return policy?
Hygiena Consumables and other temperature-sensitive products are neither refundable nor exchangeable. Return of Equipment for service requires the prior consent of Hygiena. Upon approval, Hygiena will issue a Return Authorization form, which must accompany all returns of Equipment.
